It consists of fine rubber particles that fill the voids due to the base rubber. Fine rubber serves the purpose of creating comfort for the players and slowing the pace of play.
Line Painting:
The first coat is that of the primer. The primer is a clear 100 % emulsion. Through the primer crisp clear lines are formed sealing the gaps between the masking tape and the court.
